We work exclusively with digital-first businesses and global e-commerce brands, helping them protect what they’ve built in a fast-moving world. Now, we’re looking for a UK-based legal assistant who understands the intricacies of post-Brexit IP filings and enforcement to join our fast-growing international team.
Qualifications
Support trademark filings, renewals, oppositions, and correspondence at the UKIPO
Assist with cease & desist letters, enforcement notices, and takedown requests involving UK-based infringers or platforms
Work closely with our global trademark attorneys and enforcement teams on cross-border IP strategies
Manage and track deadlines, filings, and legal documentation for UK-specific cases
Support client onboarding by preparing summaries of UK IP positions and risks
Benefits
Based in the UK with strong familiarity with UKIPO processes and procedures post-Brexit
1–3 years experience as a legal assistant, IP paralegal, or similar, ideally with trademark focus
Confident working in a remote-first, tech-forward team environment
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Bonus: Experience working with global platforms like Amazon, TikTok, Meta, or Shopify
