IP Specialist EU
Everfort Legal is growing our footprint across Europe to serve the next generation of e-commerce brands. We’re looking for an IP Specialist with deep knowledge of EU trademark law to help our clients protect and enforce their brands across digital platforms and jurisdictions.
Qualifications
Degree in Law, Intellectual Property, or equivalent experience in IP-focused legal work
Strong understanding of EUIPO procedures, trademark registration, opposition, and cancellation
Experience with cross-border enforcement, including cease & desist letters, UDRP/ADR disputes, and platform takedowns
Knowledge of digital platforms (Meta, Amazon, Alibaba, TikTok, etc.) and how they handle trademark issues
Comfortable working in English (additional European languages are a plus)
Excellent attention to detail, client communication, and legal strategy development
Familiarity with international frameworks like the Madrid Protocol and WIPO tools
