IP Specialist
At Everfort Legal, we partner with ambitious e-commerce brands to protect what they’ve built, and what they’re scaling globally. We're now looking for an IP Specialist based in Australia to strengthen our APAC enforcement capabilities and support our international legal team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in safeguarding trademarks and digital assets across platforms, advising clients on IP strategies, and leading the enforcement of rights in the Australian market and beyond.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Intellectual Property, or a related field
Strong working knowledge of Australian IP law (IP Australia procedures, enforcement, and litigation pathways)
2+ years of experience in trademark administration, enforcement, or IP portfolio management
Experience with online brand protection: takedown notices (e.g., DMCA), platform disputes, and domain enforcement
Familiarity with international trademark systems (e.g., WIPO/Madrid Protocol) is a plus
Excellent written communication skills, particularly in client correspondence and enforcement letters
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and legal research skills
Ability to work independently with remote teams across time zones
